    July 26 (Reuters) - 1010 Printing Group Ltd 1127.HK :

    • Discloseable transaction: disposal of the entire equity interests in a subsidiary
    • OPUS, being indirect subsidiary of company, entered into the share sale agreement with Ooh!Media Group Pty Limited
    • Opus agreed to sell sale shares, represent entire issued share capital of Cactus, at purchase price
    • Payment payable by buyer on completion, with amount equal to AU$6.0 million
