I am not sure how this whole process works and the lack of communication from the company is really very bad. I understanding they are mailing out share certificates from Hong Kong which I guess we should get by late next week if you allow up to 14 days for mail delivery. They are saying you need to deposit these with your broker but I don't know whether Comsec or any of the other Australian stock broker will accept paper share certificates for an overseas listed company.
