- Proposed sale of Singapore division (OPG)
- Says signed an agreement with 1010 printing group
- Purchase consideration A$11.3 million to be paid on completion of transaction
and A$8 million to be paid subsequent to completion
- Says enters into a noncompete agreement with cos printers in Singapore for a
minimum period of 2 years
