the fact the US10 bond is having troubles staying about 4% indicates that the cost of capital is likely to be less by the time opt needs more fudning. as such it might not need to raise that much nor at such cheap prices to get to the next critical event on opts timeline. ill admit i dont know too much about the science but i know what a dollar is worth today and have some idea of what it may be worth in the future. not to mention that as time ticks along, the current demographic changes happening worldwide will likely accelerate, creating big demand for health treatments.

this is all very broad and general, with many inputs affecting many outcomes but the idea is clear. i refuse to believe that we raised 388M last august from a bunch of morons who didnt know what the heck they were doing.
