Most companies have raised capital at prices much higher than what they're trading at right now. When they need to raise again, they could very well be in trouble.
The only way out is consolidation. But, who wants a dud if you're a dud in a dud business? I think this was all Disallowed from the beginning.

Still no trading update. TTV for Dec21 is probably still under Dec20. Enjoy the bad debt mountain of BNPL, evidenced by need to top up facilities at dilutive rates.
