    My thoughts on the current state:
    1. Trading is soft and growth is minimal
    2. Bad debts are on the rise
    3. Acquisition has hit regulatory challenges and funding will dilute existing shareholders
    4. US venture was a disaster

    Let's see what fruit the next trading update brings, assuming management is brave enough to spill the beans.
