Dilution continues to occur. Another 4% to be added to the register at prices 1/2 of what they are today. Why didn't they just do a placement at 70 cents per share?
I'd sack the current board of directors who are giving financiers gifts at the expense of existing shareholders. This is a sign that OpenPay needs capital and fast. It's a going concern risk and is being sold down very fast.
Great timing for the announcement. Thinking it will go under the covers. Think twice. Another shocking decision.
