I've since learned a lot more about spot prices and how no foreign company can basically get them. Plus I could see some of the stuff on the ORE sales that does show some sales up to $15K/t which is as high as I've come across contract rates that are steadily climbing to between $12k-$15k/t, so it does look like Joe is giving away rotton eggs.

Company not issuing grades but they do seem very acceptable in current market just going by price received recently.
