SYDNEY, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Origin Energy (ORG) chair Scott Perkins said on Thursday the company had reservations about a revised $10.6 billion takeover bid from a Brookfield-led consortium that included an alternative transaction at a lower price should the primary bid fail.
