Interesting data, and very sobering! Considering you can't transmit the power via wi-fi (lol) you also need to consider the miles and miles of undersea cabling required to get the power to the mainland and trying to keep shipping channels open into major city ports .. and let's not forget the poor birds! Clearly just from an environmental perspective, not a viable alternative to on-shore generation, but I'm sure recreational fishers would salivate at the idea of so many fish-attracting spots
