@Phantom77, I can relate to you on ORG in particular and similar situations in a few others of mine!
Each company is unique but I believe whether to average down or not, depending on a few things: Firstly, the Company in question deems fit to turn around when the time finally arrive ie intrinsically sound! Then you have enough time to stay around until that time arriving without needing access to your remaining tie-up capital, or worrying about opportunity cost elsewhere! Btw Another replacement trade might not be readily available or always guaranteed of success in the timeframe of the initial trade! Imho!
