Given the debt level and low oil price, the energy market increased profits would not be much realised at the bottom line anyway. Even if it would make a huge difference in the profit, sooner or later, the government would interfere. Thats just the nature of the utility business.
On other hand, the weak USD helps lowering the cost of the Debt.
