- origin and enn sign lng sale and purchase agreement-org.ax
- had signed lng sale and purchase agreement with ENN LNG Trading Company for delivery of liquefied natural gas to china
- Under SPA, origin will supply 280,000 tonnes of LNG per year for a period of five years
- Says parties have ability to extend supply period by an additional five years
