Origin Energy’s Limited (ASX:ORG) exploration and production business has lifted production by 8 per cent in the June quarter and says the Australia Pacific LNG project is 75 per cent complete.The energy company says higher demand has pushed up the quarter’s production with revenue also growing for the period.The company reported annual production to June of 142 pje, which is a 15 per cent increase on the previous year.Origin’s LNG chief, David Baldwin, says Australia Pacific LNG remains on track to deliver first LNG in mid-2015.Origin reported a net profit of $372 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
