- Cornerstone investment agreement reached with Tembo Capital
- Tembo Capital has agreed to become a cornerstone investor in Orion via share placement to acquire up to a 19.9% stake in Orion
- Agreement to raise up to approximately $4.7 million at an issue price of 2.4 cents per share
- Placement funds will be used to advance the Co'S advanced volcanogenic massive sulphide zinc-copper projects in South Africa and as working capital
