    • Orion secures landmark Joint Venture agreement with IGO
    • Consideration for deal comprises a $700,000 cash payment and $1.3 million placement by igo in orion at 2.4c per share
    • IGO will acquire 70% equity in Orion's 100%-owned tenements and 60 - 65% equity in various joint venture tenements
