    Nov 9 (Reuters) - Orion Gold Nl (ORN)

    • Is undertaking a capital raising of approximately $2.0 million
    • Placement to sophisticated and professional investors at 1.8 cents per share to raise approximately $2.0 million.
    • Placement will be for up to 111.11 million ordinary fully paid shares (shares) at an issue price of $0.018 per share
    • Proceeds will be used to rapidly progress exploration programs on areachap project in south africa
