Oroton Group Limited (ASX:ORL) has delivered a 10 per cent lift in net profit to $27.5 million in a year of transition.
In the year to July 2013, the fashion group saw revenue lift slightly to $186.2 million.
CEO Mark Newman says 2014 is likely to be another year of transition for the group as it invests in the brand globally as well as the launch of its Brooks Brothers joint venture in Australia.
Earnings of between $16 million and $18 million are expected for full year 2014.
Oroton Group will pay a final dividend of 28 cents per share, bringing the total dividends payable to 50 cents per share for the year.
