Silvercorp formally released this news announcement notice on the TSX. What's strange to me is that they haven't released anything formal saying they are completely withdrawing from the takeover battle.
You'd think at this point if they were dropping out they would formally announce that.
Perhaps they considered that posting a matching offer was a waste of time and are assessing a new increased offer with alternate conditions.
It just seems strange for them to retreat without so much as a whimper.
