    • EXPECTS TO LODGE A CERTIFIED COPY OF ORDERS WITH PAPUA NEW GUINEA REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES
    • WILL APPLY FOR ITS SHARES TO BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON PNGX AND ASX WITH EFFECT FROM CLOSE OF TRADE ON 10 DEC
