    • PROPOSED MERGER WITH SANTOS LIMITED APPROVED BY REQUISITE MAJORITY OF OIL SEARCH SHAREHOLDERS
    • IF PNG COURT APPROVES SCHEME, ANTICIPATED THAT SCHEME WILL BECOME LEGALLY EFFECTIVE ON DEC 10
    • POST SCHEME APPROVAL, CO WILL APPLY FOR ITS SHARES TO BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON PNGX AND ASX FROM CLOSE OF TRADE ON DEC 10
