Maybe Osh will keep Alaska project fully given they are not looking to expand in PNG, they should look to divest out of the PNG along with Exxon, Total over time. Let PNG economy turn to mud, with 90% unemployment- that's what they deserve when they engage in tribal kangaroo court mentality and mess with industries who take all the risk, invest billions, provide employment and raise revenue for the country.
