The fact that our local GI oncologists have not heard of Oncosil is a good example of the company's anonymity. There are definitely enthusiasts amongst the EUS community in Australasia but the centres that have been engaged are few. Paying customers are shortly to be started so that should start to be reflected in the bottom line by the end of the year. The scant data supporting its use at present won't put off those with the means who are faced with this grim diagnosis.
