Maybe I don’t get how Takeovers work. But why would an acquirer pay up to 7 times what the market has been currently valuing the company? That’s a 700% premium. I get where you’re coming from. Share price was mysteriously smashed from 5 cents to 3 cents last year before the CR was announced. But that’s old new now. For a year now since the CR, the stock price has barely been above the 1 cent mark.

And now we or the verge of another CR which will knock the stock price down further.

You might say, hang on we are getting close to milestones being reached! But as of today we have none achieved. Not even one. & What about commercial sales? A handful of sales in an entire year. That’s contributed what? A couple of hundred thousand at best. Meanwhile, almost $10 million raised in the last CR has almost gone.

Really? An acquirer will offer a 700% premium for this pile? I can’t see it happening.
