Have only been a shareholder for less than one year, I did attend the AGM and there was not a great deal of guidance on a merger or takeover. If I recall there were reassurances that they were always in discussions with potential partners etc. Up until the announcement yesterday, it appeared as though a delist was on the cards. Agree with Teddy - surely someone is underwriting this CR based on some news that is not available yet. Can't imagine the BOD reaching out to shareholders so they can stay solvent for a few more months.
