The company's capital past management was appalling as every man and his dog can see. Sales are growing, just off a very small marginal base, and their sales, marketing and GA expenses were ridiculous for the revenues acheived. They've tightened all that. I expect/hope an Innoventures deal to emerge - would suggest this entitlement raise was to get them too that after the (admittedly very crap terms) loan previous was not enough.




Finally every one can actually read a correctly disseminated mkt cap. For its potential future sales (and profits when it scales) its a bit low IMO for a Singapore A*Star partnered company. Korean sales should pick up for anyone actually following the business of this company, and of course medium term Vietnamese and Singapore sales should of course expand quickly on the approvals once implemented - takes a while to get all the ducks lined up:
