    March 29 (Reuters) - Otoc Ltd (OTC) :

    • Otoc acquires NSW surveying firm
    • Otoc to acquire Linker Surveying Pty Ltd
    • The purchase price comprises $3.0 million in cash, and $0.4M in Otoc shares
    • Cash component of the purchase price will be funded from Otoc's cash

      reserves

    • The acquisition is expected to be earnings per share accretive in FY 2017
