    Oct 19 (Reuters) - Onthehouse Holdings Ltd (OTH)

    • federal court of australia made orders approving scheme of arrangement between company and its shareholders
    • under scheme consortium of investors will acquire all of company's issued shares for a$0.85 cash per share
    • expected that trading in company's shares on ASX will be suspended from close of trading tomorrow
