re: News: Otto Energy December 2013 Quarterly... Thats right. Drill by October but show advanced plans showing a commitment to do this in the next 3 months or so.
Theres no doubt the DOE r putting the pressure on, thats why OEL has started the well design and materials procurement process etc.
