re: News: Otto Energy December 2013 Quarterly... Lets limit talks of ppp stumping up for equity in a sc until some facts come to light. While ppp have been sitting on a cash pile for some time they have earmarked a lot of the cash for the upcoming drilling campaign in nz and still have to front 5% of vietnam drilling costs.
