re: News: Otto Energy December 2013 Quarterly... Agreed - "Ill wait for now " poster has no stomach for calculated risk - Really what are the odds of the DOE not coming through? If they give Otto the flick credibility in the Phil will disappear overnight - as what they may do to Otto - is what they may do to them.
Could I suggest that the poster puts his money in to fixed deposit - but then again.. the sky could fall in.
In the meantime we must all be patient for the announcement (not if but when) that is inevitable
