seriously - disappointing it seems like progress updates, project plan, timelines are conditional on this...

but i think these guys are looking to have the conditions for their share rights wrapped up well before dec 2009 so that they can flog the company to a major as a pre-prepared project with all boxes ticked off so that they have a war chest to aquire some bargain basement projects come Q2, Q3 2009.
