Both number of shares to be issued and with the current base rate of shares. Therefore 30 million shares times 10c = $3 million.

I am a bit surprised how generous this is but it may be fairly standard for the industry and if they can get the share price to 60c next year I don't think I would be too upset if they got $18 million for it.

You also have to remember they just forked out several million @ 18c


I think we may be over-reacting and when we cool down we will feel a bit better.

I have little experience with post consolidation movements but as with everything I would expect some trend upwards, some downwards and some sideways. People probably just remember the downward movements.
