Chinese money and participation is the logical way to go; I'm more than happy with the alliance; the joint venture will see development occur much faster than if we waited for local investors to come on board, it just wouldn't happen in this economic cycle. Chinese invest for the long term, their forward vision and unswerving commitment once a decision is made is something we Australians cannot seem to emulate.
