the chinese paid more than half present MC for 1/3rd of the company. That to me is a very fair deal for us. A lot more than the market is willing to pay. Besides, there's the financial and expertise back up. Don't forget, the majority of what we produce might end up in China and our new partner's interest is for us to get a fair/higher price also.
And no financial worries for the time being.I am happy for my position in this company and it's excellent management.
