Kawartha, I think the 85 million shares were given to brokers to distrubute to investors at that time.
85 million shares takes a long time to place.
My own belief is that there are still quiet a few to go.
The last two clarification of quartely reports have gone a long way to steady the ship.
IBR, Lateral just been hurdles to over come.
When clean sailing comes very soon, it will be as steady climb of share price.
What resources and opportunities they have.
And cash flow coming in.
