Spot on Katana and agree whole heartedly.

I began trading in late 2000 during the Heat of the dotcom boom and made some great money quickly as a Uni Student at the time.....I thought I was the King as a very young 22 year old! Subsequently I ended up losing a lot of money in the first 3-4 years and made some very bad mistakes trying to recoup my money. In hindsight, it probably done me the world of good as it forced me to stop trading, take a backseat and assess just what went wrong. I then educated myself as to where I went wrong and promised myself I would never make those mistakes again. Subsequently the last 2-3 years trading or so have been quite good and profitable, albeit I am still down overall admittadly from earlier in the decade but I'm slowly coming back and I definately know within myself I am much better for the lesson and confident I can make some good money from the markets in the next 20 years or so.
