I agree Invest99, the Caldag project has been riddled with delay after delay after delay. IMO management should have concentrated on Acoje and put Caldag on the backburner once this became apparent.I appreciate the project was way more advanced than Acoje and this was the overriding factor. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
HD entered into the agreement with open eyes. They too thought the permit reissuance was a mere formality. They must have done their own independent due diligence. It will be interesting to see what they do now. All i know is that the turkish govt is run by a bunch of turkeys. Carve them up for xmas i say.
