Yes it is way behind and the board will have to throw considerable resources, both human and financial, to speed things up. From what i understand ENK have a very positive relationship with all levels of govt in the Phil, having been in the country for many years. Once up and running Acoje will be the closest laterite mine to China and one of the lowest cost operations in the world. I know thats cold comfort after todays announcement but we cant change the past, just look towards the future. Im angry just like most of us small time shareholders, but whats done is done.
