I have some news, from a subscription out of the US, which unfortunately I cannot copy and post here, but will fill you in on the details............................

First off you were correct on your assumptions about the placement to shareholders, and the fact VCR didn,t need anymore money.

You will all be pleased to know as of the 15th May, 113 Patients have been implanted with the Ventrassist.

VCR had strong support from Institutional and Sophisticated Investors in Europe, USA and Australia, they were approached by a number of Institutional Investors in USA and Europe who expressed interest in Ventracor,s outstanding progress.

The new Capital will make a more rapid progress to US regulatory approval and development of our advanced product pipeline.

A lot of the other information in the report is already known, I still can,t understand, why I am picking this information up out of the US and we in Australia are getting none of this news?????
