As recently as the 16th of may VCR announced to the ASX these very things you mentioned.
113 implants.
US and European investor interest.
You really do not have to google far and wide to find something on your own doorstep.
So why you say you have to find it rather than VCR's lack of info.....is just more of the same bull that gets posted on here.
And as for a few of us stating that the offer of shares by the the company was more or less token(which it was) how can you actually state, that,that way of thinking is official....it's not! its an opinion.
