Can you please substantiate this statement?

How can you say that it has been a lot of BULL? Do you know something we don't? How do you know it was/is HR's intentions?
Correct me if I'm wrong but I have not read in any of QMN's announcements that a gold IPO was the definitive decision for dealing with our gold assets.
From the quarterly 31st Jan:
"QMC intends to develop the Mt Freda gold project by way of joint venture and / or separately creating a new company through IPO listing or through a listed vehicle."
