I had a small and successful manufacturing business. It took three years and many employees coming and going before we ended up with decent profits and a really good team of staff. 3 years is very short.
Think aboutnhow long it took you to become comfortable with and successful in your last job, at least a few months? By the time you were trained in, understood the company, built your contacts, took ownership of your role.
Some of the other poster opined that qmn would not undertake this expansion in staff without a good reason as it is a big investment. I am hopefull that all parties have entered into this because there is a genuine prspospect of a successful outcome in terms of moving to production and cash-flow, of transforming the company from potential to production.
That's the biggest and hardest step.
