I'm having a little trouble trying to balance some of Manfred's percentages on page 8 of his report as per below:

'On 18 July 2008, the authorization for the kimberlite exploration was gazetted. The equity
distribution is:
ENDIAMA 51%
Lonrho Mining Ltd 39%*
Rosas e Petalas S.A. 19%
*This interest will be reduced to 30% after recoupment of the investment.'

According to basic mathematics, that adds up to a cool 109% instead of 100%?

Also does anybody have any idea why LOM's interest in the Kimberlite Exploration would be reduced from 39% to 30% 'after recoupment of the investment.' - this just doesn't make sense to me either!
