$8m was the max allowed under the 15% rule and was backed up by another SI poster here. Obviously Patto's could not fill it despite the extra days imo. I suspected (and posted) that the price should be 5c to get any reasonable uptake , perhaps they should have used Bakers , they reckon its worth 48c , no $1.23 , no $2.16 wasnt it? ;-)
Maybe worth a punt sub 5c running into Surprise , but really , Surprise is very much a make or break for CTP now imo.
