re: re:beibu gulf - oil/gas Rumours favour a placement w o/seas investors, but there are several possible bullish announcements in next week or so, and nobody seems clear on why a cap raising is necessary atm, unless a really attractive project has landed on their plate (probably out of Houston office), or something already announced has been brought forward. Absolutely no reason for selling atm!
