re: news out roxy21, the boys a Sunland never do anything on a small scale, they are known for their extragavence and grandeur in everything they do. If what I suspect is correct then this agreement signed today is just the tip of the iceberg and we will see more announcements and revenue streams. I'm happy to hold and collect the decent yeild while the share price slowly heads north. My assessment is inline with yours that, $3.00 will come medium term and we could even see $5.00 in the med-long term (1-2yrs) especially around the time that the Versace Resort opens in Dubai full of fun and fanfare...
