Well Republic did, you could have purchased shares for 1.3 cents in a rights issue and get an option for free for every two shares you purchased under the rights issue earlier this year.

That is why people like them as they let you know what is happening and provide opportunities for small share holders as well as the internationals

Re the purchase of shares by exercising options may be after the purchase of Mt Carbine they need a bit of petty cash for Xmas or may be they may sell some shares on the market so they can buy some presents for there family and friends. It certainly was not a number that would be a worry in my humble opinion
