This is to no-one in particular but there seems to be some misinterpretation of the latest announcements.
Gregory Barnes and John Kelly exercised some of their options today, hence the 3B. They weren't issued free shares, they paid to exercise some of their existing holdings. They did this for whatever personal reason. Maybe capital, or maybe to sell, but I don't think it is the latter.
There must have also been another large option holder that exercised some of their options today as well, which makes up the other 24 million odd. To clarify, these weren't free either. Today was another massive capital injection into rau from the exercise of options. Probably about $1mil.
John Kelly owns 1 share in his own name because as a director of a company you must directly own at least one share. The rest of his holdings are in his rau director group company - zeus, his super fund and he still holds options that he is yet to exercise.
