It's funny to see your replies. The deal will go through, it makes sense of LNC and SXP. The only people who will oppose it are those who were looking to ride the SXP stock price roller coaster and those will account for very little. My only concern for SXP shareholders is that LNCs stock price is likely to increase after the demo plant kicks off and the "teresa" find comes good. The demo plant should be online before the meeting, "teresa" might be after. Take the cash and be happy!
